What is a "State" in Our AI System?
A state in our system represents a mix of a user's personality archetype and their dominant ideological leaning. These states help us personalize experiences, generate characters, and simulate behaviors with internal consistency.
Main Archetype
How they interact with the world (like a personality role)
Everyone has 1 primary archetype
Ideological Populations
What they believe in or prioritize (like a political or philosophical stance)
Can have multiple with different weights
Why It Matters
By combining a main Archetype with an ideological population, our system can:
- Simulate emotional responses grounded in belief systems
- Create dynamic dialogue and world events that match a character's "logic"
- Predict how groups will evolve based on stressors or shifts
Example Combination:
A Captain + Populist combo might act decisively to protect "the people," while a Smuggler + Globalist might quietly manipulate networks to support global causes.
